When a West Sider wants to get “Coach Nate Points”…well there are only so many things you can do. You can…bring Nate a coffee from Dunkin Donuts…come up with new pushup techniques for the team to try…ask for another 800 fly…BUT…the NUMBER ONE thing that a West Sider can do to earn the MAXIMUM allowable number of Coach Nate Points is to buy me a Painkiller. And not just any Painkiller…a Painkiller from the very source from whence it sprung.

This is why Coach Nate loves his swimmers.
