Those that know me know I am huge fan of boxing, especially in the middle divisions (heavyweight boxing is like watching two trucks keep driving into each other while middleweight/welterweight boxing is like watching two pitbulls EAT each other). It was announced today that Manny Pacquaio, the boy-god of the Philippines and the one responsible for kicking the ever-loving crap out of Miguel Cotto a month ago, will be fighting the king of trash-talk with an absolutely devastating left hook from the hip that you never saw coming, Floyd Mayweather Jr for the WBO Welterweight title on March 13th. Oddsmakers are currently giving the advantage to Mayweather as he is both undefeated in 40 fights and has the aformentioned left hook that when it connects, usually dislodges some part of your body. After watching Cotto make it through 11 and a quarter rounds with Pacquaio, I would have to say that this may be the most anticipated fight in a long time…even if you are not a boxing fan, you should catch this fight. You think you work hard in the pool? That’s laughable compared to this…
